The Emergency First Responder First Aid and CPR courses empower participants with essential lifesaving skills. Through hands-on training, you’ll learn how to respond confidently to medical emergencies, ensuring safety both in and out of the water
1) eLearning - Self Paced At Home (2 to 4 hours)
2) First Aid & CPR - In-Person Training & Demonstration (4 hours)
Participants use eLearning to master the content in a self-paced format.
