We pledge to:

  • Prioritize safety and well‑being in every dive experience.

  • Allow the use of adaptive equipment.

  • Provide accessible facilities whenever possible.

  • Train our staff in inclusive, trauma‑informed practices.

  • Listen to and accommodate individual needs with empathy and respect.

  • Continuously improve our programs to ensure equity and access for all.

Types of Adaptive Gear

  • Propulsion Aids: Hand fins (worn on wrists for propulsion), specialized large fins for above-knee amputees, and webbed gloves for increased arm power.

  • Buoyancy Control: Backplate and wing BCD systems are often favored for better trim and easier entry/exit, especially for paraplegic divers.

  • Exposure Suits: Custom wetsuits and drysuits ensure proper fit and function for unique body shapes.

  • Masks: Low-volume masks are easier to clear, and full-face masks can be used for communication or cold water.

  • Weight Systems: Integrated weight systems help with balance.
